Barney - Oldham MOTM

The Spurs loanee gave a no-nonsense performance on Saturday, and although it didn't win him many friends in Oldham he managed to get his second Crewe goal and take home MOTM.

He opened the scoring on the 16th minute when he chased down a Ryan Lowe through ball. Surprised by the 'keeper's attempt to clear the ball, all Barney had to do was deflect it into an open net.

After Byron Moore doubled the score, Barnard truly looked like the only man likely to score. He nearly got his brace in the second half when his curling shot from the edge of the area was palmed out by Crossley in the Oldham nets.

Barnard takes 45% of the vote, and his second Vital Crewe MOTM award this season.
