Crewe4life was the receiver of the signed programme, which was signed by the team on the opening day of the season. The prize is now on it's way to him, but our prize giveaways do not stop there.

For April 2008 we are giving you the chance to win a copy of Geoff Thomas' fantastic book 'Riding Through The Storm'. The book, written by the former Alex man, looks back on his playing career, his battle with leukemia and his amazing fundraising efforts.

The prize is offered in recognition of Geoff's fundraising, as he runs the Flora London Marathon on the 13th of this month. You can read more on that, and on how to donate here.

To win, rules a pretty much the same as last month's. You need to be registered on Vital Crewe and from there every message board post, article comment and poll vote gets converted into points. The member with the most points (after the site editors) by 11:59pm on April 30th 2008 wins.

What's changed? - Well, to win you must gather at least 100 points. Sounds a lot, but believe me it's not. Some members on the Vital network go well over 2000 points without too much effort. Remember, the more you post then the more there will be to reply to.

How about some hints and tips?

Points are accumulated a lot quicker if you spread your contribution. Sticking to message board posts will accumulate less points than someone posting equally across article comments and the message board. You can keep track of the points in the members league, seen to your right.

Remember, your registration counts across the entire Vital Football network - the most popular fan site network on the internet! However, do not think you can get away with spamming (ie. pointless posts) other team's sites as it will not be tolerated.

So, how do you register? It's quick, easy and hassle free. Simply go here, enter your details (including working email) and you will receive your account details instantly.

Any trouble then please do not hesitate to contact us.

So, the rules in full:

- The competition is not open to current or past Vital Crewe editors. So that discounts Dink, Tomfcafc, PastyMaster and mowen23. Sorry guys.

- You must collect at least 100 points to qualify for the prize. If no-one reaches that target no-one gets the prize.

- If two people are tied on the same points by the end of the month then it will be who got the points first who win the prize. - Any mis-use or abuse of the system will result in disqualification.

- The winner will be required to email their postal address. This will be in the strictest confidence and used only to post the prize.

- Enjoy.
