Steve Davis arrived in June 2009 as Gudjon Thordarson's new assistant manager, replacing long standing Neil Baker.
Despite the October sacking of Thordarson, Davis remained in his role to assist Dario.
On November 10th 2011, Davis was promoted to first team Manager after Dario stepped back into his role as Director of Football.
