Crewe will be looking to get over the disappointment of defeat on Saturday by beating championship Blackpool in the league cup.
Crewe boss Gudjon Thordarson slammed the booing fans:
He said 'I can't get my head around what happened at half-time, I was surprised by the fans.
The word supporter means you support, and if they are not supporting the team at home then they are not supporters'
Meanwhile it looks like Blackpool boss Ian Holloway doesn't appear to have done his homework on Crewe:
He said 'Crewe always try and play good football and I have always had a lot of time for them,'
'It won't be an easy place to go but it will give everyone a chance to show what they can do.'
Defender Danny O'Donnell and striker Clayton Donaldson are ruled out. Mat Mitchell King should drop back to Centre half whilst James Bailey and Byron Moore are likely to be recalled.
Likely Team: Legdzins, Jones, Mitchell-King, Ada, Bailey, Schumacher, Moore, Grant, Elding, Zola
Byron Moore came on as a 2nd half sub and scored an excellent goal to put Crewe level.
He will replace the injured Clayton Donaldson and will be looking to impress in order to hold down a regular starting place.
Former Crewe man David Vaughan will miss the game as he is on international duty whilst summer trialist Adam Nowland is expected to feature after signing a contract with the Championship club.
Will be looking to impress after failing to win a deal at Crewe. Nowland was released after featuring in the friendly at Nantwich.
Crewe have enjoyed this competition in recent years and will be looking to progress in to Round Two.
Last year Crewe knocked out Championship sides Barnsley and Bristol City before taking on Liverpool at Anfield.
