O'Connor In Ireland Call-Up
Michael O'Connor has been called up for the Northern Ireland U-21's. The call up comes as no surprise as O'Connor has seemingly won his place in the Alex team.
Ireland U-21's are set to play away to their Israel counterparts on February 6th. Currently it doesn't effect any Crewe games, should O'Connor be needed, but it bound to disrupt preparations for Steve Holland.
Northern Ireland U21 squad: Tuffey (Partick Thistle), Carson (Sunderland), Kane (Blackburn Rovers), Casement (Ipswich Town), McArdle (Rochdale), Cathcart (Manchester United), Callaghan (Derry City), Howland (Port Vale), Turner (Bohemians), Garrett (Stoke City), Buchanan (Bury), Mulgrew (Linfield), McCaffrey (Livingstone), Carvill (Wrexham), Stewart (Linfield), Fordyce (Glentoran), O'Connor (Crewe Alexandra), Waterworth (Lisburn Distillery), Ward (Chesterfield).
