Alex Look To Extend Church Loan

Crewe are looking to extend the loan deal of Simon Church as Dario holds special praise for the Reading youngster.

Church has had an up and down loan spell since arriving in mid-October. The 18 only has one goal to his name but has certainly held his own.

Technical Director Dario Gradi believes that Church will go on to become a good and that he'd like Church to stay past mid-January when his loan deal expires.

ario told the official web-site: 'Simon has been a great asset to us and we all think he is going to be a good player. He is still learning the game and you have to remember that he is still only 18 years old.

'We would like to keep him beyond his loan period. It is something we have discussed and we would like him to stay longer and continue to gain some experience here.'
