Youth Cup Fever

The Crewe Alexandra U18s tonight travel to Aston Villa for the third round of the FA Youth Cup. After beating Ashton Town and Cambridge in the previous two rounds, Villa is possibly one of the toughest ties to get in the third round - but it sets up a mouth watering fixture.

The game is at 7:00pm tonight at Villa Park, with free admission. The winner will play either Colchester or Rushden & Diamonds, giving either side a great chance of progressing to the 5th Round of the competition.

Neil Critchley will be taking the youngsters down and thinks it's a tough but winnable game.

He told the official site: 'They are top of their League so they have some good players. They are a strong side, and it'll be a difficult game, but I think I saw enough of them at the weekend; it'll give us a chance to win the game. It is a game that we can win, a game that we could lose, but if we play well we are capable of winning.'
