Bennett: Build On The Draw

Loanee Elliott Bennett says that the draw against Walsall can hopefully be start of another good run. The Wolves winger spoke after putting in a Man Of The Match performance against the Saddlers.

Crewe remained unbeaten in November till the last game of the month, where we lost 2-0 at Forest. That was followed up with two more defeats by Oldham in the Cup and Gillingham in the league.

Bennett though is eyeing up another run to push the team up the league.

'We've been on a run recently and didn't lose one until the Nottingham Forest game,' he told crewealex.net.

'A draw is not a bad result and hopefully it can set us up for a good game at Hartlepool. Our away form hasn't been great but if we can go to Hartlepool and get the right result it will push us up the table, improve our results on the road and go from there.'
