Danny Woodards is amongst four Alex players selected for the Football League Awards. The Player Of The Year award is run by FourFourTwo, who allow you to vote for your player of the year from each Coca-Cola division
FourFourTwo have helped fans by selecting the top 3 or 4 players from each club and for the Alex those players are Danny Woodards, Ben Williams, Ryan Lowe and Billy Jones (Mk 2). You do not necessarily have to vote for one of those four though, with a option to pick an unlisted player.
Last year Luke Varney was nominated for the League One Player Of The Year award but lost out to the not-so-good Billy Sharp. Varney was later listed as the 38th best player in the Football League.
This year though, I believe, it's time to recognise the talent of Danny Woodards who has simply been superb since signing from Exeter in January.
Other notable players list include ex-Alex defenders Billy Jones and Jon Otsemobor.
You can vote for Woodards on the FourFourTwo website...
