Villa date set

The date for the FA Youth Cup 3rd Round has been set. Crewe's youngsters will travel to Aston Villa on Wednesday 12th December with a 7pm kick off at Villa Park.

Aston Villa enter the competition at this stage and will be a big test for Crewe, Villa have won 10 of their 14 matches at Under 18 level this season. The Alex's youth team have reached this stage by despatching Ashton United 6-1 in round one and then beating Cambridge United 2-1 to set up this interesting tie with Aston Villa.

Prior to this game the Under 18's have two home games to be played at Reaseheath. They entertain West Brom this Saturday and then face Liverpool the following weekend.
