'If It's Football, It's Vital'

'Woody' in team of the week

Right back Danny Woodards was selected by the Football League in the team of the week earlier today. After several niggling injuries he appears to back to his best, looking calm and assured at the back.

He was the only Crewe player who was selected in the team. Julien Baudet and Neil Cox can consider themselves unlucky to miss out.

Team in full was as follows:

Danny Coyne (Tranmere)
Danny Woodards (Crewe)
Ian Goodison (Tranmere)
Neal Trotman (Oldham)
James Golbourne (Bournemouth)
Anthony Barry (Yeovil)
Jonathan Howson (Leeds)
Alan McCormack (Southend)
Jason Demetriou (Leyton Orient)
Jermaine Beckford (Leeds United)
James Walker (Yeovil)
