Baseya Signs!!

As reported by Crewe Vital yesterday, Cedric Baseya has signed a one month loan deal with the club and will go straight in to the squad to face Northampton at the Alexandra Stadium.

The 20 year old forward elected to join Crewe despite interest from league rivals Bournemouth. Earlier this season he made his international debut for DR Congo

He joined the Saints in November 2005, he is described as a tall powerfull striker in the Kenwynne Jones mould and is a handful in the air.

Baseya will wear the number 33 shirt and all at Crewe Vital would like to welcome him to the club.
