Target Still Struggling With Injury
Loan target Lewis Gobern is still struggling for fitness, whilst Steve Holland still hopes to tie up a deal for the Wolverhampton Wanderers winger.
The 22 year old was due to sign on loan last week but a hamstring injury scuppered the deal. Holland insisted that the deal would be completed as soon as Gobern regained fitness.
Holland was hoping for that to be this week, but it seems Gobern is still struggling with the injury.
Gobern can play either side of midfield, and made 13 appearances for Wolves last season. However, hamstring injuries seem to be a consistent problem for Gobern, who played a reserve match for the first time since December last week. Despite the injuries though, Gobern signed a new contract at Wolves till 2009.
