Alex Duo In Football League Squad

Crewe youngsters Ross Turnbull and Billy Jones have been selected by Peter Taylor in a 33-man Football League U21 squad. A team selected from the 33 players in the squad will face the elite of Italy's youngsters from Serie B. The match will take place at Hull's KC Stadium on Tuesday 21 February.

Turnbull, on loan from Middlesbrough, has been disappointing lately and played just 45 minutes of the weekend's 4-1 defeat at Watford, having been replaced at half-time due to a tight hamstring. Billy Jones, however, has been impressive and certainly deserves the call up.
