Barnard doubt for Lions
Lee Barnard is a doubt ahead of Saturday's clash against Millwall. The Tottenham youngster is Ill and has been given today off to try and overcome the illness.
The club are hopefully that he will declare himself fit to lead the line. If he fails to recover Crewe would be very short of firepower.
Dario Gradi told the official site "Lee has been struggling with illness a bit and went to see the doctor yesterday. "We are hoping it is nothing too serious and we would have to adjust if he is ruled out. We'll just have to wait and see how he is on the morning of the game."
Meanwhile, George Abbey is expected to partner Chris McCready at the heart of the defence. Fellow defenders O'Donnell and Baudet are ruled out.
