The Beast, a target for Tranmere
Crewe Vital can reveal that the club turned down a bid in the region of £100,000 from League One rivals Tranmere for centre half Julien Baudet.
The Wirral based club have been looking to strengthen their defence by adding a ball winning centre half to their ranks. The bid was rejected by Crewe yesterday.
Baudet, who joined the club last season has been an ever present this season and the former Notts County captain is an integral part of our defensive unit and therefore not for sale.
