Barnard Deal Still On
Crewe still believe that Lee Barnard will sign a long term loan deal on Monday, despite rumours suggesting otherwise.
The Tottenham striker was set to sign on a six month loan yesterday but it was put on hold when he picked up a knock in training. Barnard will now travel up to Crewe on Sunday evening and will sign on Monday.
Rumours have circulated today that he is now in talks with Hull City over a £1million move, but Vital Crewe believe these to be unfounded and Crewe Alexandra are expecting the deal to be completed as expected.
Hull have also been linked with Dele Adebola, amongst other names, and most rumours should be taken with a pinch of salt.
