Part 18 - Southend United

Southend return to League one without Freddy Eastwood who has elected to join Wolves. They performed well in the League Cup run which included knocking out Premiership Champions Manchester United.

They will be looking to regroup following relegation. The loss of Eastwood may hit them hard and it may take time for them to adjust to life in league one. A season of consolidation may be on the cards for the Essex club.

Players In - Tommy Black, Nicky Bailey, Charlie MacDonald, Kerrea Gilbert, Garry Richards and Zoltan Liptak.

Players Out - Freddy Eastwood, Efe Sodje, Joel Ledgister and Justin Lawson
