'If It's Football, It's Vital'

On the road - 2007/08

Crewe fans living in Crewe will clock up around 6,060 miles if they travel to all of our 23 away league games next season. The addition of Hartlepool, Luton and Southend has pushed the travelling distance up this season.

Our shortest journey will be to local rivals Port Vale on November 4th, which will be a round trip of just 26 miles. Our final away game sees us with our longest trip - Bournemouth (504 miles) which will hopefully be to celebrate promotion!

Promoted Walsall have just 5,428 miles to travel whilst Carlisle fans will have approximately 11,118 miles to travel! The shortest return journey in the league will be the London derbies between Millwall and Leyton Orient (18 miles) and the longest return journey will be the games between AFC Bournemouth and Carlisle United (780 miles).
