'If It's Football, It's Vital'

League One Guide - Carlisle United

Carlisle narrowly missed out on a play off berth last season and despite the loss of Karl Hawley to Preston North End they have strengthened sufficiently to suggest a shot at the play off`s should be well within their reach.

They have replaced Hawley with Danny Graham who arrives on a free transfer from Middlesbrough and Danny Carlton who signed from Morecambe for a nominal fee. Marc Bridge-Wilkinson has also joined the club and has bags of experience at this level.

The Cumbrians have assembled a decent league one squad and should be looking for at least a top 6 finish in the forthcoming season.
