After the visit of Liverpool on Saturday the first team has a non-league double header on Wednesday Evening.

The squad will be split in half for trips to Alsager (7.30pm) and Quorn (7.45pm) respectively.

The game at Wood Park, Alsager will be the opponents first pre-season game and former Port Vale player Michael Walsh is expected to be involved.

Meanwhile, the game at Sutton Park is Quorn's 2nd game of their pre-season schedule. They lost 2-0 to local rivals Leicester City on Saturday.

Prices for the Games are:

£6 Adults and £3 concessions

Quorn

£6 and £4 concessions

Dario generally at Quorn, Baker at Alsager, Who knows where Holland will be!

in fact dario normally drives the team mini bus to Quorn! The other year he left O'Connor behind, so he had to get a taxi!

Crewe move up with victory

Crewe Alexandra are now unbeaten in four games after a welcome 2-0 win over Rochdale.

Striker Marcus Haber put them in front on the half-hour when a corner wasn't properly cleared and Brad Inman doubled their lead just prior to half-time.

Ian Henderson earlier headed wide for the visitors but Haber made no mistake when turning in at the other end after George Cooper's corner was missed.

However, it needed goalkeeper Ben Garratt to respond as Peter Vincenti sought an equalise
