Derby set to bring reserves

Derby County are set to field a reserve side for the clash against Crewe on August 1st. The game was originally scheduled for Tuesday 31st July has been moved to Wednesday 1st August.

This fixture change has allowed them to pencil in a prestigious home fixture against Local rivals Nottingham Forest on Tuesday 31st July in the Brian Clough Trophy.

The East midlands club have annouced that the fixture against Nottingham Forest is a key part of both teams preparations for the 2007/08 season.

Therefore it is likely that Billy Davies will bring a reserve side to the Alexandra Stadium the following night.
