Holland Completes Pro Licence

Steve Holland this week completed his UEFA Pro Licence course, becoming one of just 111 coaches to hold the licence.

Hollland, who took over the first team reigns this week, has been studying for the pro-licence with the likes of Glenn Roeder and Tony Adams for the past 12 months. He completed the course this weekend with a residential assessment at Warwick University.

The UEFA Pro Licence is a necessity for any manager wishing to manage in the Premiership and all European top flight managers will require it by 2010.

Dario Gradi was one of the first to get the licence in 2002, the year the course was introduced.

Steve will now be hoping to put his Pro Licence to good use next season when he takes on much of the first team duties.

Vital Crewe congratulates Steve on the news and wishes him luck in his new job. Here's to promotion in our first year under his guidance!
