Crewe Release New Ticket Prices

For a League One outfit, the announcement that match day prices were going to increase, despite a rather average 2006/07 season will not go down well with the supporters.

The bog standard adult ticket price will increase at Gresty Road by 1 to 19 quid, with 'member' prices also increasing.

Season tickets for adults will be priced at 285, 17-19 will cost a staggering 170 and i you want to take your child to Gresty Road, it will cost you 70/50 for over/under 11's respectively.

To be fair to Crewe, the prices do appear to be one of the cheapest in League One. However if you then consider that you can go and watch Championship football down the road for the same price, you begin to wonder just how many supporters will be 'encouraged' to return next season.
