No panic from Davis
Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis was remaining patient in his attempts to add to his squad.

"I have been saying all summer that we have to patient and wait for the ones we want," he told Crewe's official website. "We have to be realistic and realise how difficult it is sometimes to get players in.
"We have to have that patience there and trust what we are doing," Davis added. "No-one here has been panicking because we knew who are targets were and most of them are still with their respective clubs waiting to see where they stand once the season kicks off."
