Crewe Set to Loan Taylor

Crewe are set to make their second loan signing of the day by securing Blackburn's Andy Taylor on a one-month loan. The 20-year old will go straight into tomorrow's side, subject to receiving Premier League clearance.

Taylor is yet to make his debut for Blackburn, but has captained their reserves this season and formerly represented England U19s. Taylor also has Football League experience having spent time at QPR, and also at tomorrow's opponent's Blackpool last season.

Blackburn have given Crewe permission to play the left back in Wednesday's Carling Cup game against Man Utd.

Definately one for the future this lad - Blackpool not only had him last year, but tried to get him again this year - He's got a lot of potential, hopefully he shows you some of that

I'm disappointed and happy for the lad. The first team expirence will again do him good, I just hope that he comes back.
