'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Chester Chase Rodgers

Crewe forward Luke Rodgers is attracting interest from League Two side Chester City. Rodgers has fallen out of favour as a result of Nicky Maynard's impressive form, and has scored just once in his four appearances this season. During his time at Crewe, Rodgers has scored 7 goals in 40 appearances.

Chester City Chairman Stephen Vaughan said, 'If Luke is available on a loan basis, then naturally we would be very interested.'
