Crewe Alexandra manager Steve Davis is still expecting much more from winger Byron Moore.

He was though on the scoresheet in his latest league appearance at Leyton Orient, and also saw a deflected effort find the back of the net in the recent Johnstone's Paint Trophy triumph over Bradford City.
"He works very hard in training but there's just something missing with him," Davis told BBC Radio Stoke. "The last few weeks he's got going, scored some goals and created chances - we need to unlock the talent he's got. It's not just us, that drive and determination has got to come from him to succeed more that he fails."
