Safety first from Davis
Crewe Alexandra boss Steve Davis expressed his disappointment at the postponement of the weekend clash with MK Dons but said that player and supporter safety must always come first.

Meanwhile, the surrounding areas of the ground were also ruled as unsafe by club officials and the police.
"It is disappointing to have the game called off but the safety of the players and supporters is always paramount," Davis reacted to Crewe's official website. "You want to play the games because we were going into it on the back of a 4-1 win over Bradford City and confidence was high."
