We must keep learning - Davis
Crewe Alexandra are still failing to reach their required standard according to their manager Steve Davis.

And Davis conceded that it wasn't just his players that are on a learning curve following their promotion last season.
"We are behind the target I set myself at the start of the season," Davis admitted to the Crewe Chronicle. "The win over Hartlepool on Saturday was important to get in a better position but we need to keep going.
"The transition from League Two has been good overall, not always smooth, but a learning curve for us all," he added. "The players have made mistakes and I've made mistakes. But we have to learn."
