Gunner extends deal

Premier League Arsenal have allowed on loan teenage midfielder Chuks Aneke to stay with Crewe Alexandra for another month.

"He is available again to us and he might even start yet" - Steve Davis
The nineteen-year-old has managed only a couple of appearances since arriving at the club after his progress was halted by a three-match ban following dismissal on his full debut at Stevenage.

However, Aneke is once again eligible to face Oldham Athletic on Tuesday and an extension to his current deal has already been agreed with the Gunners.

"We have agreed with Arsenal to extend his loan," manager Steve Davis confirmed to Crewe's official website. "I think Chucks is content here and he wants to play as much as possible. He is available again to us and he might even start yet depending on who we have available."
