Teenage winger Ryan Colclough was elevated into the squad for the midweek draw at Carlisle United and manager Steve Davis reckons his promotion is fully deserved.

But Davis was keen to praise his efforts so far and certainly tipping a bright future for the young prospect.
"His performances warranted that," he told the Crewe Chronicle. "He is talented, scores goals and creates chances and works hard. It is early days but he is responding well."
