Alex set for loan moves
Manager Steve Davis is ready to make a move into the loan market following the sale of skipper Ashley Westwood to Aston Villa.

Former Wrexham striker Mathias Pogba is currently sidelined by a knee injury and expected to be unavailable for the next few weeks.
"With Westy going on deadline day, we need another midfield player and we have one or two targets in mind there," Davis explained to
Crewe's official website. "With a loan signing, it bides you some time and that is what we will do.
"Pogs is out with a knee injury, and although we have forwards, we don't have another one of his type," he added. "We would like to have that option, one who can offer us that strength and power."
