High Praise From Clarets Boss

High Praise From Clarets Boss

No surprise that Steve Cotterill went away a happy man following his sides 3-0 victory over Crewe Alexandra, but the Burnley manager certainly left with high praise for The Railwaymen.

The Clarets boss said after the game: 'We knew that Crewe was going to be a difficult game for us. People will look at the run we've been on and that we'd beat them but on the back of a 4-1 defeat, we knew they were going to be dangerous and if you take Crewe lightly, you'll get picked off.'

Adding: 'Dario has a great set-up there and good luck to them for the rest of the season because they're a great club.'
