Taylor Unavailable For Hereford Trip

Taylor Unavailable For Hereford Trip

Rhys Taylor will miss the trip to Hereford United on Sunday March 27th after his call up to the Wales U-21's.

As reported earlier in the week, Taylor is due to travel with Wales to Andorra for a UEFA U-21 Championships qualifier on the Tuesday following the Hereford game.

It's now been confirmed that due to the call-up, Taylor will not be available for our away game at Edgar Street.

It should mean a rare outing for Steve Phillips, who last played during the battling 2-1 home win over Bradford in January when Taylor was suspended. It's likely though that even a Kearton-esqe performance from Phillips won't stop Taylor re-taking his spot between the sticks for the Cheltenham game the following weekend.
