Donaldson and Miller show back on the road

Can you feel the relief?

After three games without top scorer Donaldson and two and a half games without his trusty sidekick Miller, the highest scoring partnership in League Two will return to action this weekend.

The Alex have only picked up a solitary point since Donaldson's suspension got under way three games ago, defeats at Northampton and Rotherham were better best forgotten whilst Saturday's draw against Gillingham could easily have been converted to a win with a bit of clinical finishing.

Donaldson's suspension has now been served and he will be ready and raring to go for the quick fire games over the next week. A out of form Stevenage side visit Gresty Road on Saturday before a trip to Lancashire where we seek our revenge for that last trip to Accrington.

Dario is also hopeful Shaun Miller will be back in training come Thursday following his two game lay off with a thigh injury. Miller was due to return to action for the Gillingham game but suffered a re-ocurrance of the injury in training last week.

The return of Donaldson and Miller would see us back to full strength and hopefully a charge back towards the automatic promotion spots, where we were before Donaldson and Miller were forced onto the sidelines.
