Crewe chosen for Shield Final

The Alexandra Stadium has been selected by the FA to host this years FA Women's Community Shield. As Arsenal won both league and cup, the lady-Gooners will be playing against the Women’s Premier League runners up Everton.

With the sport growing in numbers, both participants and supporters it will no doubt be a great event for the local area, encouraging the female game to grow in South Cheshire.

The game will kick off at 8:05PM on the 2nd of August. Tickets will be priced at 5 for adults, 2 for children. If your too tight to even pay that for what will be an enjoyable evening, it is also to be shown on Sky Sports.
