Crewe Set To Bring In Coventry Defender

Crewe will complete the loan signing of Coventry full back Chris Hussey this week to cover for the ill Matt Tootle and injured Matt Mitchel-King. The left footed Hussey is set to go straight into Saturday's side for the league trip to Morecambe.

The 21 year old is currently out of the reckoning at Coventry having signed for the Sky Blues from AFC Wimbledon back in January. Whilst at the Dons he racked up an impressive series of Young Player of the Year awards before being snapped up by Coventry.

Originally a product of the Woking youth system, Hussey has decent experienced in the leagues immediately below League Two with Wimbledon and has made four appearances for Championship side Coventry.

With Dario expected to revert back to a 4-4-2 system, Hussey is more than likely to go straight in at left back for the Morecambe game.
