Dario: Credit to Micky

Dario has said that Micky Adams' tactics stopped the Alex in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to Port Vale at Vale Park. It took till the 30 minute mark before the Railwaymen got a grip of the game, although by that time Vale were leading 1-0.

Dario, as usual, is willing to pay credit to managers who get things right and told crewealex.net that Adams' change of tactics was the right way to go.

'To his credit, Micky Adams came up with a pattern of play that caused us a few problems and the one causing the problems in fact scored the goal.

'That's fair. It's a compliment to us that he felt the need to change to stop us and credit to him - it worked.'

Stark contrast to Micky Adams' comments about Dario. It's called class and respect.
