Sandbach Travelling Alex *Update*

All

Sandbach Travelling Alex would like to thank everyone who helped support and attended the recent Race Night in The Alexandra Suite. At this moment in time we don't have a confirmed figure, but the estimated profit is around £800-900. A massive well done to all !!!

Moving on, we have a busy few weeks coming up with away trips which includes our derby clash at Vale Park, a trip to Carlisle in The Johnston Paint Trophy and a long trip south to Gillingham. Speaking of Gillingham, look out for a different sort of trip for this game, all the details are below.

Ahead of these thou, Sandbach Travelling Alex have our first weekend trip of the season this Friday for the trip to Southend. We are departing Nantwich at 0830, Crewe at 0900 and Sandbach at 0915 on Friday morning for the long trip south. We are stopping off at The Village of Harlington for lunch and hope to be at Southend for approx 1530. Harlington may ring a bell with a few people, its the village we used (both way's !!!) when we visited Luton Town in the 1997 Play Off semi finals !

We will then leave Southend on Sunday lunchtime for the return journey, stopping off at The Cherry Tree at Catthorpe for light refreshments.
