Calvin Zola looks set to return to attack as reported yesterday after recovering from a knee injury which kept him out of the Barnet and Lincoln games.
He's likely to replace Joel Grant in the starting line up, which otherwise should remain unchanged. You can also probably expect to see Nick Powell return to the bench following international duty and, considering Dario's comments mid-week, don't be too surprised to see him get a run out.
The only injuries remaining are Matt Tootle, who is recovering from a hamstring injury and should be covered by Mat Mitchel-King once again; Carl Martin, who seems to be creating a bit of a reputation when it comes to injuries; and Steve Phillips, who is of course recovering a summer shoulder operation.
Stevenage are waiting on the fitness of striker Charlie Griffin, currently recovering from concussion whilst fellow striker Chris Beardsley is more of a doubt with a dislocated shoulder. Attacking players Tom Sills and Robbie Sinclair are ready to fill in if needed.
Defender Darius Charles, meanwhile, is ruled out with Scott Laird taking his left back spot.
But Boro will be captained by former Alex defender Mark Roberts. Roberts, who made six appearances in four years at Gresty Road, helped Stevenage to promotion last season after successful spells with Northwich and Accrington since departing the Alex.
And the man to watch out for in the Stevenage team? Michael Bostwick according to Stevenage fans. The 22 year old midfielder has been linked with moves to Peterborough and Charlton in recent months and could boss the game... if Lee Bell doesn't get there first.
