Worley Joins The U's

Former Alex loanee Harry Worley has signed a three year deal with League Two rivals Oxford United.

Worley spent last season on loan from Leicester at Gresty Road having been brought in by Gudjon Thordarson, who initially tried to make the deal permanent. Typically for a defender in a Crewe shirt, Worley made over 20 unspectacular appearances alongside Mat Mitchel-King and Danny O'Donnell.

After his loan spell here came to an end Dario decided to pursue more experienced defensive targets despite the 21 year old being released by parent club Leicester City.

After a short trial with League Two returnees Oxford United, Worley today put pen to paper on a three year contract,
