Vital Update

Vital Crewe's player profiles have been given a huge update this week.

The Squad List was a bit behind the times so a complete revamp was in order.

As well as adding newcomers to the squad list all player profiles have been updated.

You may have noticed an increased usage of pop-up adverts on the site recently.

Being part of the Vital Football Network means these adverts of necessary. Unfortunately, away from winning the lottery, there is little way round them. Bills have to be paid in order for the site and network to remain standing and to progress.

Vital is a truly independent network. It's not backed by mega money - just two football fans. Yet it remains the biggest and most successful network of football sites on the internet.

Whilst other networks past and present use their fan sites to plug their parent companies - Sky for example - Vital remains true to its roots and remains a truly fan driven network.

Pop up adverts are only temporary in order to steer the network through the recession and the network is always looking at ways to reduce the amount of adverts on show.

Don't worry - all the adverts are safe [for work]. Ideally you'll embrace them and check out what they have to offer but if not, close them, ignore them. In the long run they are only going to help both the site and network grow and you'll be the one gaining from it.
