'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Summer Spree Begins

Crewe have signed Ryan Lowe on a one-year deal. The 27-year old has impressed on trial and Dario Gradi revealed that Lowe has accepted the offer of a one-year deal. Lowe, who can play up front or on the right of midfield, scored 13 goals for Chester earlier in the season before a fall out with boss Mark Wright over tactics lead to Lowe departing by mutual consent.

Dario said, 'He looks like he is going to score goals for us and that has been a problem for us in the past. There are lots of ifs, buts and maybes when it comes to goalscoring, but he looks like he definitely will. I saw him play at Vale the other day and he looked good. Defensively he also looked fine so I am pleased with him.'

Well done. I see dario is quick off the mark as usual. Not hanging around and planning for next season already.
