This is no knee jerk reaction. Being thrashed by Accrington Stanley is something we've been building up to for weeks.
His hoof ball tactics and his team selection were way off tonight, as they have been a few times already this season.
His comments to the media towards and about Crewe fans - the heart and soul of the club - have been nothing but disrespectful.
He is not Crewe!
His record of four wins in 19 games is appalling.
Some fans will not agree but for me Gudjon has got to go within days!

Have no fear I don't think he'll still be here come Friday, I fancy his number two will be asked to take temporary charge ahead of being made up to number one in due course - nailed on.
