Woodards Future In Doubt
Midfielder Danny Woodards looks set to leave the club after holding further contract talks with manager Gudjon Thordarson.
It is thought Woodards will reject the new deal as he looks for a move back south, possibly with his former club Exeter, who were promoted to League One on saturday.
Woodards hasn't offically rejected the deal, however manager Gudjon Thordarson , speaking to the offical site, crewealex.net ,hinted it is unlikely.
'There has been no decision made on Danny Woodards yet. I spoke to him yesterday and my inital reaction was that he wants to move back south.'
'We'll have to wait and see. He is one i will need to speak to again and there are one or two more, who have not been involved that much. I will continue to have talks with them over the next few days and see where we go from there.'
