'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Baudet Accepts American Deal

Crewe captain Julian Baudet will leave Crewe at the end of the season to join MLS side Colorado Rapids.
'Beast' as he is known by alex fans has been at the heart of the alex defence since the summer of 2006 when he arrived from Notts County on a free transfer.
Baudet, a fans favourite and player of the season for the 2007/08 season has made 127 appearances for the club and although Gudjon Thordarson was keen to keep his skipper, Baudet admitted it was a offer he couldn't refuse.
Vital Crewe would like to thank Julian for his services for Crewe and would like to wish him all the best in the MLS.
