Former Alex striker Gareth Taylor has joined Carlisle ahead of tomorrow night's game at Gresty Road.
Taylor spent three months on loan from Nottingham Forest in 2006 as we were relegated from the Championship. He later turned down a permanent contract with the Alex after Dario decided on offering small terms due to Taylor's dodgy knees.
Taylor went on to sign for Tranmere and played over 60 games in just under two seasons before moving to Doncaster. He signed for Donny on a free last year and helped help secure promotion to the Championship, where he's played a bit part in Rovers's campaign.
He signs for Carlisle on a month's loan and looks set to go straight into their team to face the Alex tomorrow.
