Mansour Assoumani Comes In On Trial

Former Leeds United defender Mansour Assoumani has come to the Alex on trial.

The 25 year old defender can play at both centre back or at right back and is currently trying to impress after being released by Leeds United only a few days ago.

Assoumani began his career in the French First Division with Montpellier HSC where he made 74 appearances and scored 4 goals. From there he has played for 1. FC Saarbrücken and Sportfreunde Siegen before having a succesful trial at Leeds.

Assoumani made only 1 appearance during his month contract at Leeds during their 3-1 defeat to the MK-Dons.
