'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Bore Draw, Carlisle Or Grays

It's not exactly what we were hoping for in the FA Cup 2nd Round. A long trip down south to get beat or a shorter trip up north to get beat badly.

Our 'reward' for the 1-0 victory over Ebbsfleet United yesterday in a 2nd Round tie with either Grays Athletic or Carlisle United, who drew 1-1 in their match yesterday.

Earlier this season a trip to Carlisle proved deadly, getting battered 2-4 by a team who have only won twice since and sack their manager.

Grays meanwhile are struggling in the Conference. Sitting 2nd bottom with 12 points, they are typical banana skin material.

Grays and Carlisle will battle it out for their plum tie against the Railwaymen in the week commencing the 17th November with the 2nd Round scheduled for the weekend of the 29th and 30th of November.
